Non-residents
- First 350 pounds … $5.00
- Each additional 50 pounds … $1.00
*Free drop-off for yard debris must come from Citizens of Elgin.

Furniture and Appliances
- Refrigerators … $30.00 (Doors must be removed prior to drop-off)
- Mattresses, Box Springs, and Chairs … $15.00 each
